Renor's platform, Routekaartmanager, is the tool its clients use to decarbonise entire real estate portfolios. It brings strategy and execution into one environment: buildings and their energy data on one side, and on the other a roadmap that tracks CO2 emissions against the Paris Proof threshold out to 2035. Users plan measures per building, from quick wins like LED lighting and cavity wall insulation up to full renovation, then see the projected energy, CO2, and financial effect of each scenario before committing budget. A project calendar sequences the work across the portfolio so teams can see what lands when, and dashboards report progress against the targets that were set.
